From the local honey in our award winning Honey Brown Ale, to the Haliburton Forest red spruce featured in our Spruce Kveik, or Cool Runnings made from maple sap, Haliburton Highlands Brewing produces classic beers with incredible local flavours that celebrate our community and give you a taste of the Highlands.

Our Food

Every great beer deserves a good pairing. Enjoy our fresh menu featuring ingredients from some of Ontario’s best artisanal producers - delicious cheeses from Oxford and Waterloo counties, charcuterie from Il Tagliere Salumeria, locally made sausages from West Guilford, McFaddens Meats and Coneybaere's Butcher, pretzels and beer mustard…yum!

Tuesday Nights - Radio Bingo & Dinner

Every Tuesday, we team up with Canoe FM to host the community favourite Radio Bingo, supporting local charities. After the game, stick around for a freshly prepared meal featuring rotating weekly favourites like Banh Mi Sandwiches, Smoked Brisket, Chicken Souvlaki, Smoked Burgers, or Sausage on a Bun. Lasagna is always a hit.

Bingo dinner is the ultimate mystery meal! Due to seasonal availability and market prices, we may not finalize the menu or pricing (usually around $15/pp, always under $20) until Tuesday morning. Our regular kitchen closes at 5 PM on Tuesdays

If you'd like to join us for Bingo dinner, please call to reserve your spot by noon on Monday. In the summer, our avialable tickets and dinners are frequently booked several days. If you aren't able to get in on a meal, we welcome food from outside sources (choose you own adventure style) and are happy to have folks bring cards purchased off site.

Last Mile Meals...

Ready to heat meals prepared in house and chilled; ready for a quick-stop pickup along with your favorite HHB beverage, guest beers, or items from our market counter (Ontario cheeses & charcuterie, house made hummus and salsa, coffee beans and dog treats).

Last Mile meals are currently available only by ordering ahead! Meals are prepared based on the orders received through the week. Please order by Thursday 5pm so that suitable shopping and preparation can be completed. Your order will be ready for pick up Friday late afternoon or any time Saturday. This helps us to keep costs down as well as avoid waste.
